📧 How to Route Emails to Aivaroq AI

Forward your inbox to your assigned @aivaroq.com address using any of these methods:

Gmail (personal & Workspace)

  1. Open Gmail Settings (gear icon) → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
  2. Click "Add a forwarding address" and enter your @aivaroq.com address.
  3. Aivaroq AI automatically confirms the verification email sent by Gmail.
  4. Return to Gmail Settings and enable "Forward a copy" → choose "keep/archive/delete" for originals.

Outlook (personal)

  1. Settings → Mail → Rules → Add new rule.
  2. Set conditions (e.g., matches all or specific senders/subjects).
  3. Action: "Forward to" your @aivaroq.com address, then save.

Outlook does not require email verification for forwarding rules.

Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online)

  1. Exchange admin center → Mail flow → Rules → New rule.
  2. Choose conditions and "Redirect the message to" your @aivaroq.com address.
  3. Optionally add exceptions and auditing.

Exchange rules do not require verification.

Domain/hosted email (cPanel, Zoho, etc.)

  • Create a forward/alias at the mailbox to your @aivaroq.com address.
  • Or create a server-side rule to redirect copies for selected mailboxes or groups.

If your provider sends a verification email to @aivaroq.com, Aivaroq AI will automatically confirm it.

Upload company data

Verified users can securely provide agent-specific documents to improve answer accuracy and enable data upload within signup or after verification.

Enable uploads with your address

After verification, enter your assigned @aivaroq.com address to unlock uploads. You can also upload via single entry point.

Upload any 2–5 categories; formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, JSON (10MB each). Multi-file uploads supported per category.

Session expires after 10 minutes. Re-enable uploads using your @aivaroq.com address if session expires.

Uploads can be enabled after verification. Complete email OTP verification above.
